BOSTON

Day 1 - 4

Characterised by its excellent educational institutions, as well as sporting legacies, good food and a vibrant culture, Bostonians boast their city as one of the most diverse and influential in the USA. A city that helped to shape the North American identity, Boston works hard to preserve its history, but is also constantly renovating and revitalising. The student population, attracting great minds from across the world, has also helped to shape Boston into a modern city with a liberal outlook.

KILLINGTON

Day 4 - 6

A small town situated within the Green Mountains of Vermont, Killington is surrounded by impressive nature waiting to be explored. Known for its many ski resorts as well as hiking paths, with the famed Appalachian and Long trails cutting through the town, Killington is perfect for adventurers. Nearby Gifford Woods State Park is also home to diverse wildlife and is excellent for fishing, camping and hiking.

NIAGARA FALLS (NEW YORK)

Day 6 - 8

Take a close look at the natural wonder that is Niagara Falls, starting with the Niagara Falls State Park which lies on the US side of the attraction. Head to the Observation Tower where a panoramic view of all three waterfalls can be had, or take a boat tour for an unforgettable experience of the stunning landscape. Visitors looking for something other than just the falls themselves will also find shopping outlets, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.

SYRACUSE (NEW YORK)

Day 8 - 9

Syracuse is a city in Central New York. With a population of 145,000 in city proper and 662,000 in its metro area, Syracuse is the fifth largest city in the state of New York, and the third largest in Upstate New York.

ALBANY (NEW YORK)

Day 9 - 10

Albany is the capital of New York and the county seat of Albany County. It is home to just under 100,000 residents, most of New York State's key government offices, and seven colleges and universities. Albany is an interesting showcase of several centuries' worth of architectural styles, including the modernistic Empire State Plaza. Before the first European settlement by the Dutch in 1614, Albany and its surroundings were home to the Iroquois Five Nations group of indigenous Americans. Albany is the longest continually chartered city in the United States, the original eastern terminus of the Erie Canal, and was a center for the smuggling of alcohol from Canada during the U.S. Prohibition. Writer and journalist William Kennedy, an Albany native, uses the city and its history as the setting for most of his novels, plays and nonfiction books.
